I've always collected Jellycat toys.
I love their quirky characters and super soft huggability and they are always excellent quality.
You are my go to stockists as you have so much choice at a really excellent price and you do not have to spend a fortune for free delivery.
You despatch my toys so quickly and I receive them super fast and I am always excited for their arrival.
After seeing the video you had on Facebook for the new brand you stock Lilla Och Stora Björn I decided to buy the grey bear.
Well he came yesterday and I'm not disappointed.
The fur is so soft, as soft as the softest ever Jellycat. He's adorable.
Thank you for your excellent service and for providing me with so much joy with cuddles when my health is poor and I find soft toys help comfort me.

I had just ordered a Jellycat Little Sage Dragon to be sent to my daughter and asked if there was any chance of adding a note.
Your lovely colleague said that would be fine and proceeded to make a note of what I wanted.
My daughter who is feeling a bit down in the dumps isolating with covid received him this morning :) !
I asked if there was a note in it and she sent me a photo ...he had a card tied round his neck with green ribbon...so lovely!

I ordered an item which was out of stock but there was an option to pre order while they waited for stock from their suppliers, unfortunately this took a long time due to covid etc, but I was constantly kept fully up to date, given option if I wanted to continue to wait, pick another item or have a refund.
I couldn’t have asked for better, I eventually saw another item I liked so swapped and this was done with no hassle and fast dispatch & delivery!
They have the best range of jelly cat toys that I’ve seen at unbeatable prices! Highly recommend! Will be shopping with you again! Thank you 🙂

I just wanted to email saying the customer service i received was absolutely amazing.
I feel bad because I can't for the life of me remember the ladies name (forgive the assumption of gender please) but she listened to me ramble (much like this email) and we found a positive solution and everything was rectified and sorted within a phone call.
I can appreciate that efficiency.
As such if the Riverside ramblers mole (or the irony of rambling about ramblers) comes into stock I would like to purchase it from your good selves rather than from jellycat or amazon.
I will try and review you online as well as I appreciate that is how the world works.

I had a call from a lovely lady before, because I had been trying to find out if my daughters birthday present of a Woolly Mammoth would be arriving in time for her 21st birthday tomorrow.
Yes, 21 and she wants a Woolly Mammoth. Anyway, the lady said the tracking showed it had been delivered this morning. And when I've looked, yes he was there stuffed in the mail box!
So, just wanted to say it's come, and thank you for a good service.
After a lot of price and availability searching on the Internet, you have the best prices and a lot more available stock than anywhere I had managed to find.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your excellent service. I recently ordered 3 jellycat monkies and 1 jellycat bunny. Why 3 you may ask!
Well, I have a 9 month old granddaughter, Edith who had 2 bunnies, 1 for home and 1 to keep at our house.
Having almost lost one when taking her out in her buggy, and having started nursery last week, I decided to order another bunny from your website ( being more reasonable than other companies). Now we have a spare to allow one to be in the wash as she won't go to sleep without bunny!
My eldest daughter is now expecting a baby boy in January. When I said I would buy a toy of her choice for my new grandson she chose a jellycat monkey.
I therefore decided I should buy 3, for the same reasons as having 3 bunnies!! They are so cute and soft and I am more than happy with my purchase from you.
I certainly would not hesitate to buy from you again and will recommend you to my friends.

I had a great first experience! I ordered some JellyCat plush and they accidentally sent me the wrong whale. There’s three and all their names start with W so it’s an easy mistake to make!
They either said I could send him back or keep him for 50% off so I decided to keep him. Wiley arrived today, with my two teacups and I am in LOVE! He is incredible and definitely worth the wait.
It didn’t even take two weeks for them to arrive to California for both of my orders! I definitely recommend Fleurtations!

well my Jellycat Cottontail Huge Bashful Bunny came today, just one day after you sent it.
What speedy service. He's lovely.
The colours are so different, grey's, beige, golds, silver and cream. He's different colours all over and the fur is so silky soft just like a real rabbits fur.
He's also nice and big. Much bigger than the large sizes I have in beige and black and white. I love the Bashful rabbits.
When I opened the wrapping I said 'Wow he's gorgeous' and I had to cuddle him straight away.
I love the Jellycat range. They're so different and I've collected lots over the years.
Your store sells such a large range and is the cheapest I've seen.
So happy. Will definitely buy from you again

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my recent order.
I purchased four of each of the Jellycat Slackajack monkey, lion, and bunny for my grandchildren and they arrived in great order and quickly.
This was a pleasant surprise as I am in the United States and my prior experiences with shipping from the UK have been slow.
I have given four lovey's to each of my grandchildren when they are born. One for daily use, one for each grandma, and a back up, just in case.
The style I gave before is long gone so I'm stocking up! I just ordered four more to make sure I have plenty. Thanks for shipping to the US!

Just a quick email to say a huge thank you for my recent Jellycat order. I only placed the order yesterday and couldn't believe it when the postman handed me the parcel this morning!!! What amazing service.
I recently found out that there were two limited edition Jellycat bashful bunnies with the same names as my little girls (Maisie and Millie), who already adore anything Jellycat, and so I spent yesterday morning searching for places that sold them.
Most Jellycat stockists online didn't have them on their websites. Not only did you have stock of both rabbits, but you were also selling them at the lowest price, and with free delivery.
On top of that you managed to get them out to me in less than 24 hours.

I wrote to so many places asking for their help, and no one replied, then I wrote to you and you were just so helpfull and tracked 2 down for me. I really appreciate all the trouble you must have gone to.
When I rang the lady was so helpfull on the phone and then they rang to let me know that the bears were on their way, they were sent on Monday and I recieved them on Tuesday, such fast delivery.
I can't tell you how happy I felt when I opened the package, that after months of searching I finally have 2 spares for my son.,
I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and when we buy our son another jellycat toy either Tweedle mouse or Merryday tiger it will be from you, without a doubt.

The staff were great and the range of toys and teddies was huge.
