All flowers, plants and gifts displayed on this website are available for local delivery.
Delivery can be on the
same day that the order is placed, if ordered
before midday.

NATIONAL DELIVERY
For National fresh flower hand tied bouquets deliveries please go to our

These are delivered via The Royal Mail who provide a next day service. The delivery charges are included in the
price of the bouquets.
NATIONAL GIFTS DELIVERY
All of our National Gift Deliveries including Jellycat Soft Toys, Greetings Cards, Wrapping Papers, Boxes,
Handmade Clothing and Belgian Chocolates, all carry a
FREE Delivery on ALL orders over £15.00 (GBP).
FLEURTATIONS
Have a fleet of vans delivering throughout the Nottingham area from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday
National Delivery Policy
Please allow 1-2 working days for UK Mainland Fresh Flower delivery, for all other gifts please allow 2-7 working days and 3-14 working days for International destinations.
ALL Gift items using Royal Mail for delivery to the UK Mainland carry a FREE delivery when you spend over £15, there is a small charge of £1.50 for orders under this value.
We do not secretly add the postage to your order, it is a completely FREE service when you spend over £15.00(GBP).
Our aim is always to despatch your order the same working day, unless it arrives after our 15.00PM cut off point, at which time your order will be despatched
on the next working day.
Delivery times to UK mainland addresses fall between Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays.
You will always recieve an email confirmation of your order and if there is ever a problem you will be notified in the same fashion.
All of our gorgeous fresh flower displays are made personally to your exact requirements. Local deliveries are scheduled according to your delivery times and requirements and delivered by our very experienced drivers (please see the above map for the extent of our local delivery area). Outside of these parameters all of our shipping is handled via Royal Mail First Class Post.
All deliveries of both flowers and gifts are packaged professionally with loving care to ensure they arrive with you in excellent condition.
For some larger orders, particularly abroad, we may send our soft toys, for example, in several parcels and therefore they may arrive separately, but don't worry, you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
Returns Policy
Regarding Fresh Flowers and plants, if you have any problems at all please contact us immediately and we will arrange for their recovery and despatch a replacement same day.
For everything else we, of course, hope you'll be pleased with your purchase but If you should change your mind, and wish to return any or all of your items, we'll be happy to refund or exchange it/them providing it/they are in fully resaleable condition with tags and labels still attached (where applicable). Returns should
be made within 7 days. Please telephone 0115 9618349 or email
info@fleurtations.uk.com to advise us of your decision and don't worry
we have no problems with this issue, whatever your reason. We will ask you to return the item or items at your own expense and we will then on receipt of the goods give you
a full purchase refund, this can be done via a Paypal account, Google Checkout account or Sage Pay secure payments. Please bear in mind that refunds to credit cards can only be made to the original card of purchase.
Privacy Policy
We will treat all personal information including email addresses with the strictest confidence, none of the
information given will EVER be passed on to a third party. If we have promotions available we will gain absolute consent from the recipient before using
their contact email address for promotional purposes, we know what it is like to be bombarded with "junk" emails and this will definitely not happen from
this site.
