I telephoned yesterday and spoke to a lovely young lady called Gemma, after her explaining what Yomiko bunny (Russ Berrie Toy) was like, I realised that was not what I wanted at all.
She went on to explain about the other bunnies and I finished up ordering two more. I would like to say what a lovely, helpful and cheerful person Gemma is, she must be a credit to your sales team. This day and age it is lovely to find someone who

Original Chick was left in Lanzarote on 31st August and my grandson would have been distraught if he had realised.
