For the processing of your credit/debit card transactions we use Sagepay, one of the U.K.'s largest on-line payment processors and PayPal, which operates in 190 global markets and has over 164 million accounts.
Using these secure on-line payment systems, we are able to accept payment via all the major credit/debit cards, including American Express, and most currencies, including Pounds Stirling, Euros and U.S, Canadian, Australian and Hong Kong Dollars.

All UK Mainland fresh flower deliveries are despatched using Royal Mail’s Guaranteed by 1pm next day service.
For all other gifts please allow 2-9 working days, and 1-7 working weeks (depending on chosen service) for International destinations.
All standard orders are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. This service can take up to 3 working days to reach you.
Our aim is always to despatch your order the same/next working day, however Covid-19 has made this time scale not always possible, particularly when staff are affected. Please try to be patient, as supply lines and general distribution have all been affected, and we are working as quickly as possible to fulfill yours and everyone else’s orders. Delivery times to UK mainland addresses fall between Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and if there is ever a problem despatching your order due to extreme weather conditions or "Acts of God" we will telephone or email you to advise of a new delivery date, at which point you can choose to be fully refunded. Please do make a note of your order number before exiting the page in case any issues arise.
U.K. Tracked 24 Delivery is available and is charged at £4.95.

We try to answer all telephone queries as they come, but due to high call volumes we may not be able to answer instantly. Emails are answered through-out the day, but can be delayed by up to 3 working days when there are particularly high volumes.
Orders over £20.00 for Soft Toys, Chocolates, Pachamama Clothing and all Gifts using Royal Mail - carry FREE Tracked 48 Delivery within the U.K. mainland. If your order contains multiple items, but only one is in stock, we will hold the items until they are all in stock. We are happy to despatch the items separately, but may ask for a further postage payment.
Orders that are over £20 may be split due to stock levels. When this happens we will provide you with a delivery note informing you of the items to follow. If you have multiple items to follow, we may wait to send them all together.
Orders below £20.00 for Soft Toys, Chocolates, Pachamama Clothing and all Gifts using Royal Mail - carry a £2.95 postal charge within the U.K. mainland.
International Orders - are posted at cost and can be shipped for as little as £2.65 (GBP) depending upon weight. If items are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses that you (the customer) have supplied, we will ask for a repayment of postage to re-deliver.
CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICING AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE 'BUYER'.
We apologise for this, particularly to our European customers. Brexit has caused chaos with customs, hopefully some of the parties involved will resort to simple common sense, and this will be resolved, so that we can all go back to being 'friends'.
Every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we can, however, offer no guarantee of availability (we are sometimes so busy, that keeping on top of over 6,000 items stretches us just a tad, please be aware we are only human!)V.A.T. and Taxes
V.A.T. is included at the current rate, currently 20%, on all applicable products on this site.

Regarding Fresh Flowers and plants, if you have any problems at all please contact us immediately and we will arrange for their recovery and despatch a replacement same day.
All other gift items are thoroughly checked for any kind of fault or failing before they are despatched, to make sure that your order arrives in pristine condition. Please check all goods on arrival and if a fault is detected please immediately telephone (44) 0115 9618349 or email: email@example.com with your order number. We will then organise a replacement or refund.
Please note that there is a maximum of 7 working days for an issue to be raised, outside of this we cannot accept returns.

If you should change your mind, and wish to return your non-perishable purchase, we'll be happy to refund or exchange it providing that it is in fully resalable condition with tags and labels still attached. Returns should be made within 7 days. Please telephone 0115 9618349 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of your decision, and don't worry we have no problems with this issue, whatever your reason. The return cost will, however, be the responsibility of the purchaser. For all faulty, damaged goods or late delivery items (where an event, such as a birthday, has been missed) we will send you a returns label and give you a full purchase refund on return of the item(s), this will be done via the payment method that you used for the original purchase.
