Keeping Your Flowers Fresh |
Fleurtations supply the freshest flowers available. By following a few simple guidelines you can keep your flowers fresh and frangrant
Use a sharp knife or shears to cut stems on a slant under running water. Place fresh cut flowers in a deep container of warm water and let them stand at room temperature before arranging.
Remove all foliage from below the waterline and add a preservative to the water to kill any fungus.
Place your arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and change the water every other day. Recut the stems if the blooms look wilted. |
