Hello I just wanted to write and say the biggest thank you to you all for your help with my order. I was devastated when I found out that the Jellycat Bashful bear was being discontinued I wrote to so many places asking for help, and no one replied then I wrote to you and you were just so helpful and tracked 2 down for me. I really appreciate all the trouble you must have gone to, to get jelly cat to send you there last ones from their archive! When I rang you the lady was so helpful. You then rang me to tell me that my bears were on their way in the post, they were sent on Monday and I recieved them on Tuesday, such fast delivery. I can't tell you how happy I felt when I opened the package, after months of searching, I finally have 2 spare bears for my son. He is obsessed with his jellycat bear to the point that his is falling apart and has holes in it, so knowing we have another one/two if he does loose it or it falls apart is priceless. Thank you all so so much again. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and when we buy our son another Jellycat toy either Tweedle mouse or Merryday tiger it will be from you, without a doubt.
