Jellycat Delivery and Returns Policy
Please allow 1-5 working days for UK delivery and 3-10 days for International destinations. All of our shipping is handled via Royal Mail First Class Post and ALL UK Mainland deliveries are FREE when you spend over £15, there is a small charge of £2.95 for orders under this value (otherwise we don't make any money at all). We do not secretly add the postage to your Jellycat order it is a completely FREE service. Our aim is always to despatch your order ASAP, either sameday (unless received aftre 15:00) or the next working day, but during very busy periods (Christmas) we try to still follow the same delivery times but this is not always possible.
We know that it is important to you and we really do try our hardest but sometimes OUR deliveries are compromised and that slows the whole process down a tad.
We will sometimes in these situations pay for Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Delivery to make sure that you get your items.
Delivery times to UK mainland addresses fall between Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays.
You will always recieve an email confirmation of your order and if there is ever a problem you will be notified in the same fashion. All of our gorgeous Jellycats are packed professionally with loving care to ensure they arrive with you in excellent condition.
For some larger orders, particularly abroad, we may send our jellycats in several parcels and therefore they may arrive separately, but don't worry, you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase but If you should change your mind, and wish to return your Jellycat purchase, we'll be happy to refund or exchange them providing it's in fully resaleable condition with it's tags and labels still attached. Returns should be made within 7 days. Please telephone 0115 9618349 or email email@example.com to advise us of your decision and don't worry we have no problems with this issue, whatever your reason. We will ask you to return the item at your own expense and we will then on receipt of the item give you a full purchase refund, if the return is due to a faulty item or a delivery issue we will also fully refund your postage. The refund will be done via Paypal using your email address or a simple refund to your credit or debit card. Please bear in mind that refunds to credit/debit cards can only be made to the original card of purchase.
We will treat all personal information including email addresses with the strictest confidence, none of the information given will EVER be passed on to a third party. If we have promotions available we will gain absolute consent from the recipient before using their contact email address for advertising purposes, we know what it is like to be bombarded with "junk" emails and this will definitely not happen from this site.
We work incredibly hard to meet all your requirements and to be fair, we do not expect to have any complaints, (although the Royal mail can sometimes reduce us to tears) but if you do feel compelled to complain about any aspect of our service then please use the email link above or you can contact us via telephone or written correspondence (both are to be found on our Contacts page) and we will give 100% to sorting out your problem.
