Credit/Debit Card Processing
For the processing of your credit/debit card transactions we use Sagepay, one of the UK's largest on-line payment processors, PayPal, which operates in 190 global markets and has over 164 million accounts and Google Checkout which is another global card processor. Using these three secure online payment systems, we are able to accept payment via all the major credit/debit cards, including American Express, and most currencies, including Pounds Stirling, Euros and U.S, Canadian, Australian and Hong Kong Dollars.
Delivery and Postage
All U.K. mainland orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post to arrive within three working days of your order being despatched.
Our aim is always to despatch your order the same working day, unless it arrives after our 15.00 afternoon cut off point, at which time your order will be despatched on the next working day.
Delivery times to UK mainland addresses fall between Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays.
You will always receive an email confirmation of your order and if there is ever a problem despatching your order due to extreme weather conditions or "Acts of God" we will telephone or email you to advise of a new delivery date, at which point you can choose to be fully refunded, e.g. "Chloe's birthday will be ruined if a Bashful Bunny does not arrive in time for the party" - (we understand, we have children).

International Delivery charges are calculated automatically in the Shopping Basket.
Orders over £15.00 - carry FREE Delivery within the U.K. mainland.
Orders below £15.00 - carry a £2.95 postal charge within the U.K. mainland.
International Orders - are charged at cost and can be shipped for as little as £2.65.(GBP)
Every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we can, however, offer no guarantee of availability (we are sometimes so busy, that keeping on top of over 6,000 items stretches us just a tad, please be aware we are only human!)
V.A.T. and Taxes
V.A.T. is included at the current rate, presently 20%, on all applicable products on this site.

Refunds and Returns
All items are thoroughly checked for any kind of fault before they are despatched, to make sure that your order arrives in pristine condition. If one of our quality controllers fails in their duty, they will of course be taken outside and shot. Please check all goods on arrival and if a fault is detected please immediately telephone (44) 0115 9618349 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will organise a replacement or refund (including return postage) upon return of the faulty item(s).

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office to protect your rights.
If you should change your mind, and wish to return your Jellycat purchase, we'll be happy to refund or exchange them providing it's in fully resalable condition with it's tags and labels still attached. Returns should be made within 7 days. Please telephone 0115 9618349 or email email@example.com to advise us of your decision and don't worry we have no problems with this issue, whatever your reason. We will ask you to return the item at your own expense and we will then, on receipt of the item, give you a full purchase refund, this can be done via a Paypal account, Google Checkout account or Sage Pay secure payments. Please bear in mind that refunds to credit cards can only be made to the original card of purchase.
Colours, Descriptions and Sizes
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website this is due to variations in browser software and monitors.
All soft toy sizes shown are taken from the top of the head to the bottom of the foot and are approximate sizes.
Product descriptions are for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed accurate, just because we love all our Jellycats does not necessarily follow that you will love the same ones, so we admit that we are slightly biased in our descriptions.
Upon the purchase of any Jellycat item a contract is entered into by both parties this will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights
The 'Contact' link is located at the top of every page on our website this can be via email, fax, telephone (4 lines) or post.
If you spot an error within this website, please feel free to contact us, and we will endeavour to put it right, and of course someone else will be shot, at this rate there'll be nobody left to post your order.

with the strictest confidence, none of the information given will EVER be passed on to a third party. If we have promotions available we will gain absolute consent from the recipient before using their contact email address for promotional purposes, we know what it is like to be bombarded with "junk" emails and this will definitely not happen from this site.
We use the highest commercially available 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology and as well as that all of the above information is deleted from our computers on a 2-4 week basis and any paper copy of your order is shredded after your order has been satisfactorily completed.
WE TREAT SECURITY VERY SERIOUSLY.
WE NEVER SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. Once you have entered your delivery information you leave our site and are transferred to an On-line Card Processor. We use Sagepay, Paypal and Google Checkout to process your credit card payments. They are three of the largest online card processors in the UK and International markets with huge experience and great track records.
