All postal delivery services are running as normal, although in some cases this has been a little bit erratic and has led to slightly longer delivery times.
We are still taking telephone and internet orders for collection (with correct social distancing) and delivery for both funeral and floral arrangements is unaffected.

Your order process:

  3. We process your order and print it off.
  4. Your item is picked from our stock.
  5. Your item is packed and your delivery information is put into Royal Mail's system.
  6. Royal Mail picks up your parcel.
  7. The process up to this stage can take 1-4 days.
  8. You are sent a delivery timeslot via Royal Mail's SMS update service.
  9. Royal Mail delivers your item via the tracked service you selected during checkout.
