The following dates are the cut-off for delivery by Easter.

• 27th March by 2pm

1. You place an order.
2. You receive an order confirmation email from Fleurtations.
3. We process your order.
4. Your item is picked from our stock.
5. Your item is packed and your delivery information is put into Royal Mail's system.
6. Royal Mail picks up your parcel.
The process up to this stage can take 1-4 days.
7. You are sent a delivery timeslot via Royal Mail's SMS update service.
8. Royal Mail delivers your item via the tracked service you selected during checkout.
